Safety-Quip in Memphis, TN is seeking a Billing & Collections Clerk to support our accounting operations. You will handle data entry, billing, accounts receivable, and process customer payments while maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has billing/collections experience, is detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. You will contact customers, resolve discrepancies, and help keep our billing cadence running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Billing and collections experience required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong numerical skills.
• Experience with accounting systems and financial software.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Mansioni

• Enter data for billing and accounts receivable.
• Review invoices and statements for accuracy.
• Contact customers to resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate past due resolutions and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute accounting reports.
• Assist with mail, phones, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
