Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance, communicates with carriers and regulatory agencies for reimbursement.
• Performs daily close out procedures for internal controls and cash balancing.
• Maintains knowledge of medical co-pays and deductibles and workman’s compensation protocols.
• Promotes customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Answers phones and directs messages to maintain workflow.
• Input accurate demographic and medical data and assist with financial counseling when appropriate.
• Carry out other duties assigned by Clinic Manager and complete goals.
