Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacts with carriers and customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Follow up on billing questions and rate discrepancies; assist with master file updates.
• Process invoicing and posting for assigned customer accounts; ensure correct charges and data.
• Generate AR aging reports and help reduce delinquency; assist with collections as needed.
• Submit invoices via website portals and communicate billing holds for processing.
