Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all invoices are accurate and released on time according to SOPs.
• Support customer-specific invoicing requests with the guidance of higher-level billing representatives.
• Utilize basic problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assist in resolving invoicing issues and questions.
• Aid accounts receivable, account team, and collections team on matters of delinquent accounts.
• Provide support for invoicing process improvements and initiatives.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers' Accounts Payable teams to ensure invoicing practices are aligned and current.
