Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business or similar field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
• Advanced computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to customers, outside contacts and associates.

Responsibilities

• Invoice generation based on contracts, volumetric information and utility/carrier parameters.
• Data entry into billing/accounting systems with high accuracy.
• Billing verification for correctness, completeness, and adherence to policies.
• Billing issue resolution and resolution of discrepancies.
• Monthly billing reconciliation to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Preparing and generating periodic billing reports for management.
• Process improvements to streamline billing processes.
