Job summary

Techserv in Tyler, TX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support invoicing, billing documentation, and contract compliance. The role works closely with operations and back-office teams to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.

You will follow up with customers to resolve invoice issues and collect outstanding payments, while maintaining meticulous records and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and supporting documentation.
• Verify timesheet and supporting document accuracy based on contractual requirements.
• Partner with operations and back office to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
• Enter invoices into customer billing systems.
• Perform contract-related job and client set ups in the ERP system.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and collect aged invoices.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
