Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience reconciling customer accounts and researching discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Cash Application: Record and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Collections & Account Management: Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Month-End & Accounting Support: Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end close procedures.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring billing, collection, and cash-application issues and help improve the underlying process.
