Job summary

Victory Programs Incorporated is seeking a Staff Accountant / Billing Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage cash receipts and third-party billing, support accounts receivable, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or progress toward one in Finance or Accounting, strong database skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word). Hybrid eligibility applies after orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or actively pursuing one.
• Some professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong database skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Billing claims: Prepare monthly billing sheets and claims to State funders and key behavioral health insurers for Residential Recovery Services.
• Accounts Receivable: Process daily AR and post to Dynamics GP general ledger.
• Issue resolution: Lead liaison between Program staff and Finance to resolve financial concerns.
• Claim follow-up: Follow up on claim rejections and resolve discrepancies, reconciling to GL.
• Reporting & reconciliation: Prepare monthly Tenant Rents, Pull Up Accounts, and Key deposit reports and reconcile to GL.
