The position is hybrid, based in our Denver, CO office, with occasional remote work authorized. Candidates should have an accounting background and 2–3 years AR experience, with familiarity in Salesforce/NetSuite preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2-3 years in accounts receivable; Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime or flex schedules during high volume events.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Professional, courteous, and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable in meeting work commitments and adaptable to situations.
• Proficient with standard office software and tech.
• Remote work requires high-speed internet at home (25 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Accurately process daily cash applications.
• Record financial data related to insurance estimates.
• Follow up on aged balances and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Report AR issues to management and suggest solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
