Victory Programs Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage cash receipts, third-party billing and assist in contract billing. The role reports to the Finance Manager and offers hybrid work eligibility after orientation.

Responsibilities include preparing billing sheets, processing receivables in Dynamics GP, reconciling to the general ledger, and providing financial data support to program staff. Strong Excel skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or working toward a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong database skills and proficiency with Excel/Word.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly billing sheets and claims to State funders and key behavioral health insurers for Residential.
• Process receivables and reconcile to the General Ledger.
• Assist in contract billing and third-party billing procedures.
• Maintain accurate files for audits and generate reports as required.
• Support Finance Manager with other billings and tasks as needed.
