Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Welcome Coordinator in Chicago for a full-time, on-site role. You will greet patients, manage check-in and forms, collect co-pays, and update EMR data while coordinating appointments and handling calls.

Fluency in Spanish is required; additional languages and prior customer-service experience are a plus. Expect a welcoming, flexible, and professional work environment with opportunities to float between centers.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite required.
• Fluency in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• US work authorization and customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests upon arrival.
• Check-in patients and assist with required forms.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments in the EMR system.
• Handle phone lines, messages, and outbound calls.
• Process faxes and maintain Welcome/Community areas.
• May float to other centers in the region occasionally.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
