Oak Street Health welcomes patients with warmth and ensures a positive first impression. Welcome Coordinators are the face of our clinic, handling scheduling, check-ins, and front-desk tasks to support the care team.

We’re seeking Cantonese and Mandarin bilingual candidates with strong computer and phone etiquette, US work authorization, and a customer-service mindset. Occasional travel to nearby centers may be required; generous benefits accompany a patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in languages spoken by local communities (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Russian).
• US work authorization.
• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in and assist with forms.
• Collect co-pays.
• Update patient information in EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments.
• Answer and route phone calls.
• Handle faxes in the electronic fax system.
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room.
• May float to other centers in the region.
• Other duties as assigned.
