Oak Street Health in Bronx, NY is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to create an inclusive environment for patients and to make a positive first and last impression. You will handle check-in, forms, scheduling, co-pays, and keep EMR up to date, while coordinating with the Service Team to deliver high-touch patient experiences.

Fluency in Spanish is required, and you may be asked to float to other centers regionally. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and Google Suite knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette for inbound/outbound calls.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by the community.
• US work authorization.
• Preference for customer service experience and some college.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and guests and conduct visit check-in.
• Assist patients with required forms and collect co-pays.
• Update patient information in the EMR and schedule appointments.
• Manage phone lines, messages, and outbound calls as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• Potentially float to other centers in the region occasionally.
