Job summary

NFI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Office Manager in Joliet to direct administrative and customer service functions while supporting Operations Management. The role supervises a small CSR team and handles payroll, AP/AR, and monthly reporting.

Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, with a 9-to-5 role and potential for overtime as required by operations. The position offers a base salary within a defined range and a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting the responsibilities across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manager/Supervision experience.
• Experience in Distribution/fulfillment center, preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.
• KRONOS payroll system experience.
• Must maintain confidentiality in role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Administrative/CSR staff on a day-to-day basis, typically no more than 3 employees.
• Ensures data entry accuracy through training and audits of staff.
• Communicates with customer service, operations and management to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates end of month and payroll processes and accuracy of reports.
• Produces monthly reports and P&L reviews; ensures back-up training.
• Cross-trains administrative personnel for monthly reporting tasks.
