Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to obtain OSHA/DOT/HAZMAT/FDA certifications as needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Stand/walk 10–12 hours and lift/move totes up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping/receiving schedules to meet goals
• Supervises warehouse personnel aligning skills with work requirements
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance
• Reviews daily objectives and labor to meet building goals
• Partners with leaders to balance staffing levels
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports
• Runs pre-shift meetings and participates in training programs
• Maintains HR practices and coordinates with Management/HR on issues
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to staff
• Travel to other warehouses as needed for meetings or coverage
• Supports safety programs and OSHA compliance
