Job summary

EMEC Staffing Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Team Lead in Joliet, IL to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead the warehouse team, and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

The role involves supervising receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping while driving process improvements and coaching staff. Candidates should have warehouse supervision experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with warehouse management

Qualifications

Fluent Chinese is required; bilingual Chinese/English is a plus.
Experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and daily operations.
Experience coordinating warehouse employees and managing tasks.
Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, shipping).
Lead, train, and coordinate warehouse associates to achieve daily goals.
Monitor workflow, staffing, productivity, and quality; adjust as needed.
