Job summary

ACT FULFILLMENT INC. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Operations management team with daily warehouse activities. You will monitor and assign daily work to associates to ensure smooth operation and identify areas for improvement in efficiency.

You will lead training for new employees, communicate expectations, and verify proper use of equipment, inventory handling, and safety procedures. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of WMS preferred.
• Basic math skills and strong communication.
• Experience in a multi-shift warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign daily work to warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure employees meet productivity expectations and oversee completion of duties.
• Lead training for new employees and communicate job expectations and procedures.
• Advise on equipment use, storage, and stock handling; report on received, stored, and shipped items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment and follow safety rules.
