Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. in Omaha seeks an Experienced Executive Host with bilingual skills in Vietnamese or Mandarin and English to attract and retain mid- to high-limit guests.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, building loyalty, and driving revenue growth through VIP program execution. The position requires a strong background in guest relations, 5+ years in a large gaming operation, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent communication

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit gaming guests to drive loyalty.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP functions.
• Track guest visits and manage loyalty program enrollment.
