Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess fluency in languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese, along with strong customer service skills. You will engage directly with guests and maintain strong operational standards while contributing to overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese.
• Must have a minimum of one year Casino Guest Service experience.
• Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assists in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints.
• Develops relationships with VIP players to grow the VIP player base.
• Attracts and manages VIP customers through telemarketing and personal contact.
