Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas seeks a Sr. Executive Host to lead domestic Asian marketing initiatives, attracting premium and high‑limit players and personally hosting guests to maximize satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and/or Vietnamese.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales/marketing training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate programs to attract premium/high‑limit players.
• Host high‑limit guests and ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Coordinate guest rooms, meals, and gaming reservations within program guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of department policies, safety and privacy standards.
• Assist with telemarketing efforts to invite customers to events and gather feedback.
