Job summary

Toast is hiring a Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) to launch a career in sales and advance toward an Account Executive role. You will perform high-volume outreach, qualify opportunities for Toast’s all-in-one platform, and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.

The program is designed to build skills through Toast Sales Academy and internal growth pathways. The role emphasizes bilingual communication in Vietnamese and English, a long-term commitment to becoming a full-cycle

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (read, write, speak).
• Long-term goal to become a full-cycle AE and work in a commissioned closing role.
• Self-discipline to meet ambitious daily activity goals and recover from rejection.
• Actively seeks feedback and identifies growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach (100+ activities daily) via calls, emails, and social touches.
• Qualify prospects and determine mutual fit for Toast’s all-in-one platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects for handoff to Account Executives.
• Prepare for specialization into All-Bound SDR and eventual AE role.
