Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers’ homes across California. You’ll engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments, close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, and drive revenue with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
Strong negotiation and communications skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Connect with customers daily and engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments
Close deals by offering hands-on demos and technology recommendations
Perform Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and drive sales targets through effective communication and follow-up
