Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel for customer appointments.

Responsibilities

• Face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized in-home sales interactions.
• Close deals through hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Work independently to meet customers on their schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Engage with warm prospects daily and leverage scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
