Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly at customers' homes in California. You will present the latest technology and services, closing deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery while earning uncapped commissions.

With paid training, you’ll work independently in the field, handle scheduled appointments, and leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets with commission.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that increase customer value.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of AT&T, delivering personalized in-home sales experiences.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery to customers.
• Engage warm prospects from scheduled appointments and build rapport quickly.
• Maintain daily contact with existing customers and meet sales goals.
