AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You’ll engage warm prospects, present the latest technology, and close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and service deliveries.

This role offers uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures. Training is provided, and you’ll work with a flexible schedule to meet customers evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily via scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communications skills to close deals and make the sale.
• Deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
