Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized sales experiences at customers' homes, driving uncapped commission and annual earnings up to $100,000. You will engage warm prospects, close deals with hands-on demos, and manage tech deliveries across various California locations.

With paid training and ongoing coaching, you will be the face of AT&T, leveraging top-tier sales skills and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communications skills to close deals and pivot as needed.
• Close the deal by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
