Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions of South Texas is seeking a Training and Support Specialist to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate employee learning initiatives. You will work with the Human Resources Director to ensure onboarding and training programs are well planned, delivered, and continuously improved.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and experience in training or HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in training, learning and development, or HR is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs via surveys, interviews, and leadership input.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding, and events.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, rooms, tech, materials, and presenters.
• Develop training materials and job aids.
• Deliver engaging training using varied methods.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay current with learning and development trends.
• Provide HR project support and administrative duties.
