Job summary

FW Walton INC is seeking a Bilingual Training & Development Coordinator to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs across departments. This role will ensure consistent, effective, and engaging training supporting safety, productivity, and career growth.

The candidate will work with HR, Operations, Safety, and Leadership teams to standardize learning programs. Role involves time in both office and field environments with regular travel to Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
3+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, HR, or related fields.
Experience creating training materials, presentations, and instructional content.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and facilitate training programs across departments.
Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials.
Build technical training focused on field operations and company standards.
Translate complex processes into clear training content for bilingual delivery.
Deliver training sessions in English and Spanish and track completion and effectiveness.
