Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an HR Specialist to support learning and development content and assist the People Experience team with various initiatives. This on-site role requires Spanish-speaking bilingual capabilities and involvement in training, onboarding, and retention programs.

The position is full-time, with early morning hours and field-wide responsibilities including coordinating training events, maintaining HR records, and assisting HRBPs with onboarding and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, training/facilitation experience.
• Ability to provide an energized facilitation experience for all attendees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple training schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English required.
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Comfortable working in the field and traveling to job sites for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled training sessions and workshops for employees using existing content.
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, space, attendance, sign-in sheets.
• Track training completion and certifications; follow up on overdue requirements.
• Support new hire orientation and leadership training.
• Serve as point of contact for training logistics questions.
• Maintain training rosters and LMS records.
• Partner with Onboarding team on new hire questions and logistics.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down training spaces.
• Escalate potential new hire issues with insights on risks.
• Other duties as assigned.
