Job summary

Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a People Development Training Specialist to design and deliver practical training across our Distribution Centers and Art Studio by creating and delivering learning that builds skills, improves performance, and ensures safe, consistent work practices.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training in manufacturing or distribution, plus a bilingual English/Spanish capability to engage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years designing, facilitating, and managing training in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; able to communicate across diverse employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and create goals and objectives for training programs.
• Develop and deliver skills-based training for frontline and operational employees.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, and learning activities.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training experiences.
• Track participation, completion, and effectiveness of trainings.
• Support SOP adoption, process documentation, and on-floor training improvements.
• Manage LMS content and training records.
