Job summary

Nox Group seeks an HR Specialist to split time between learning and development facilitation and supporting the People Experience team. You will coordinate training from new-hire orientation to leadership development and assist HRBPs with data and logistics.

This is an on-site role requiring frequent early mornings and bilingual Spanish/English communication. A strong developmental path toward an HRBP career is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, training/facilitation experience; construction or field-based industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide an energized facilitation experience for all attendees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple training schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and development sessions for employees using existing content.
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, space, attendance, sign-in sheets and rosters.
• Track training completion and certifications; follow up on overdue requirements.
