Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch customer service through in-person interactions and digital demonstrations.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following bank policy; manage lobby activity and greet customers.
• Resolve escalated account issues to completion and log complaints in the system.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to banking partners; participate in branch operations like cash ordering and wire transfers.
• Ensure AML/KYC/compliance procedures are followed and support risk management practices.
