Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and balance cash according to policy.
• Log customer complaints and escalate issues.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Assist with branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Perform AML/KYC related activities and comply with regulatory standards.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls.
• Complete related duties as assigned.
