Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features of banking solutions and make recommendations.
• Engage customers to use digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level loan decision criteria.
• Complete servicing duties for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience.
• Greet customers and manage lobby activities, identifying opportunities for products.
• Assist AML/BSA/KYC processes and identify suspected fraud.
• Log customer complaints and resolve overdrafts and transactions accurately.
