Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and a second language; proficiency assessed.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual based on branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers via shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Own escalated account services issues; log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities and maintain compliance controls.
• Support a culture of belonging and uphold M&T Bank branding.
