Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships by welcoming members, managing lobby flow and scheduling appointments.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and account servicing accurately and following policy.
• Identify financial needs via consultative conversations and refer qualified solutions.
• Promote digital tools and CRM, help members adopt self-service options.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
