Cash handling experience in a financial setting is preferred.
Previous experience at a financial institution is preferred.
Notary certification within 30 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members, managing lobby traffic, and providing courteous, solutions-oriented support.
Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with accuracy and compliance.
Engage members in consultative conversations to identify financial needs and submit qualified referrals.
Promote digital tools and CRM systems to complete transactions and encourage self-service adoption.
Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals and continuous learning.
