Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify member needs, offer basic financial guidance, and submit qualified referrals.
• Promote digital tools and self-service options to enhance engagement.
• Adhere to policies, assist with issue resolution, and monitor for fraud or security concerns.
• Participate in coaching, cross-training, and support branch goals.
