Desert Financial Credit Union in Phoenix is seeking a Teller to deliver accurate, friendly service and assist members with everyday banking needs. You will welcome members, process transactions with precision, and maintain data integrity while adhering to security and compliance standards.

You will engage in consultative conversations to identify member goals, promote digital tools, and submit qualified referrals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Accurate, careful processing of transactions with strong records.
• Strong communication and empathy to build member trust.
• Notary certification within 30 days preferred.
• EEO/AA employer; pre-employment substance testing.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members to the branch, managing lobby traffic and appointment scheduling, and providing courteous, professional, and solutions-oriented support that fosters long-term trust.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with precision, while upholding standards and following compliance policies.
• Identify member financial needs through consultative conversations and submit qualified referrals.
• Promote digital tools and self-service options for convenience and engagement.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to enhance performance and branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
