Job summary

Spectrum Business is hiring an Account Executive to grow our small business customer base in California. You will prospect, analyze client needs, and tailor Spectrum solutions across data, voice, video, and mobile services to close cases from first contact through sale.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, and stay current with product strategies through ongoing training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales or telecom/technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses in the assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to match Spectrum solutions to client requirements.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products and strategies.
• Constantly enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
