Geotab Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for Geotab GO devices and partner technologies, delivering clear guidance to customers.

You will own support cases from initial contact to resolution, document thoroughly, and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to provide reliable solutions and maintain 24/7 service readiness.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to translate complex concepts.
• 1–3 years in customer service or technical support; troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as BigQuery is valued.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Geotab products and partner tech.
• Handle support cases from initial contact to resolution with thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to scale complex issues and provide solutions.
• Support 24/7 operations including evenings, weekends and holidays.
