Job summary

Geotab in the United States is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual Portuguese to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for Geotab products and partner technologies. You will handle support cases from start to finish and contribute to 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate reads and writes English and Portuguese fluently, has a post-secondary degree in engineering or computer science, 1–3 years in customer support, and solid knowledge of SQL, Python, or

Qualifications

• English and Portuguese fluently written and spoken.
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, CS or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service or technical support.
• 1–3 years troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Excel pivot tables and reports advanced.
• Programming knowledge (SQL/Python/C#/JS) and data warehousing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Geotab and partner products.
• Handle support cases from initial contact through resolution with thorough documentation.
• Contribute to 24/7 support operations and cross‑team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with customers, partners and internal teams.
