Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual Portuguese in the United States (Las Vegas, NV) to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for Geotab products and integrated partner technologies.

You will handle support cases from initial contact through resolution, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and participate in 24/7 support operations, including weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 1–3 years in customer service or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a technical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical assistance to customers and partners across Geotab products.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues and document cases.
• Support 24/7 operations and coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email and chat.
