Prior call center experience and strong communication skills are essential. Starting rate is $17.00 per hour, with a bilingual premium of $18.00 per hour for French (Canada) or Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Technical call center experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in a technical support role or related technical experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and provide direct support toward resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical systems with accuracy.
• Create cases and document problem history and resolutions.
• Maintain customer service as a priority and handle challenging conversations.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
• Track escalations to completion.
