Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a remote call center role. You will provide frontline support to customers, identify needs, and guide them toward resolution while maintaining high service standards.

Starting rate is $17 per hour, with a higher rate of $18 for bilingual (French Canadian) and/or Spanish speakers. US-based locations include Jupiter, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, and Tampa. Join our team and help secure outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience.
• Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience.
• Strong customer service and customer relations.
• Ability to learn new processes and make good judgments.
• Effective written and oral communication and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward resolution.
• Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.
• Create cases for all calls and emails, document problem history and steps taken.
• Maintain customer service as a priority and handle challenging conversations.
• Discern changes in call types and report to management.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
• Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
