Job summary

Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in a remote Florida-based role. You will join a dynamic, customer-focused team delivering high-quality support and guiding customers through technical solutions.

The starting rate is $17.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.00 per hour for bilingual (French Canadian and/or Spanish) representatives. A high school diploma is required, along with technical call center experience and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• Experience in technical call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward resolution.
• Address a variety of technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Create cases for calls and emails, document history and resolution steps.
• Maintain focus on customer service quality and handle challenging conversations.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
• Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
