Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Florida to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. Starting rate is $17.00 per hour, with a bilingual increase to $18.00 per hour for French (Canada) and/or Spanish speakers.

You will attend in-person training in Jupiter, FL for 45 days and may work remotely after meeting metrics, with occasional in-office meetings. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in technical customer service within a B2B environment and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience.
• Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience.
• Strong customer service and customer relations; ability to take initiative and learn.
• Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Able to assess and evaluate situations quickly and accurately.
• Able to write informatively, clearly, and accurately.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and provide direct support or guidance toward resolution.
• Handle a variety of problems in technical systems with accuracy.
• Create cases for all calls and emails and document resolution steps.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle challenging conversations.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
• Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
