In this role you will coordinate interviews, manage ATS postings, oversee onboarding paperwork, and produce reports on time-to-hire and pipeline activity. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using ATS and maintaining recruitment databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and calendar tools (Outlook/Google Calendar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple calendars.
• Post jobs in ATS and update candidate statuses.
• Communicate with candidates about updates and instructions.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and background checks.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline activity.
