Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Navi Mumbai seeks a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support external recruitment for financial services clients. You will coordinate with client HR teams, schedule interviews, and manage candidate documentation while maintaining ATS and line-up records.

Role involves MIS reporting and collaboration with leadership in a fast-growing team, offering exposure to senior hiring processes and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interaction.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job mandates across clients and functions.
• Proficiency in ATS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and job portals.
• Create Job posters using CANVA.
• Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client HR teams to submit shortlisted candidate profiles and obtain timely feedback.
• Develop insights on candidate profiles, selection history, interview processes, and rounds.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (Video/Telephonic/Face-to-Face) between clients and candidates.
• Maintain follow-ups with candidates until joining date and support onboarding tasks.
• Enter and update job openings and interview opportunities in ATS and Line-Up.
• Post openings on portals; manage candidate data from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sources.
• Maintain records of status, attendance, and offers; support joining trackers.
• Create MIS reports and share recruitment performance matrices.
