Job summary

MCI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews and open days, and maintain recruitment data and processes across ATS and HR systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong Excel reporting skills and bilingual English/Spanish communication. This role supports onsite recruitment activities and requires professionalism across all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Entry-level tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience within a BPO or call centre environment (essential).
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for trackers and reports.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles within the BPO / call centre environment.
• Coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers and open days.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reporting dashboards in Excel.
• Ensure ATS records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks as needed.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
